SI amendment 1: 

10.4 is amended such that the starting line is open

Please note that the NOR has been amended.  Salient points are:

• Registration cutoff extended one hour to 1900 Friday 13 Oct 23.
• There will be a Check in Deck from 1700 to 1900 at the RVYC Clubhouse on Friday 13 Oct.  Check in is not mandatory. It is there to help with registration and handed out regatta bags that include, free beverage tickets for the crew, purchased dinner tickets, and miscellaneous swag.
• NOR para2.1 is changed to "Printed copies of the SI will be made available at the Check in Desk and at the competitors' meeting."
